Soroush Azadi, O.D.
Dr. Azadi, whose last name is Persian for Freedom, arrived in the United States at age 11 as a political and religious refugee from his native home country of Iran. He considers Austin his home. He is proud to have attended UT Austin, and after graduation attended the University of Houston College of Optometry.

Carlos Liranzo, O.D.
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Dr. Liranzo has gone on a long journey. His education took him to Orlando, FL to receive his bachelor’s in health sciences at the University of Central Florida before heading to the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree.

My name is Yareli. I am the Lead Optician at Freedom Eye Care although I enjoy helping in other areas in the office. I enjoy spending time with friends, watching movies and trying new foods. My ultimate goal is to become an investor and entrepreneur and travel the world with my boyfriend Anthony and my dog Lucy.

I am an optical technician and patient coordination Team Leader at Freedom Eye Care and also a full-time undergrad student at ACC and on my way finishing my degree at St. Edward’s University. I spend my free time shopping and watching funny romantics with my 1 year old Rottweiler, Smokey.

My name is Estrellita, but everyone at Freedom Eye Care calls me Elle. I was born and raised in Austin, Texas. Besides working as an optician, I am a certified Esthetician and I have my own lash business. I enjoy helping people and making them feel beautiful. I spend most of my free time sleeping, binge watching docu series, and shopping.

I moved to Austin two years ago from New Jersey. During my free time I enjoy a variety of activities including martial arts, hiking, and jigsaw puzzles. Being new to Austin I also spend a lot of time exploring the city and all it has to offer including natural life, nightlife, and my favorite is exploring its culinary culture. I am currently pursuing a graduate program to become a physical therapist.

My intrinsic passion is music so if I’m not jamming out solo, I’m working on music at home, attending dance events, or DJing around town.
